Horror rapper Necro has retained a close relationship with metal music, in the past having teamed up with members of Hatebreed, Voivod and more for his 2004 rap metal opus “The Pre-Fix For Death“. While a 2007 stint on the ‘Sounds Of The Underground Tour‘ didn’t entirely pan out (Necro eventually dropped due to hostile audiences,) metal has remained a passion for the 47-year-old musician.
As such, Necro has now released his first-ever ‘all metal’ single, “Cascading Crimson“, which he wrote, performed and produced by himself.
