Papa Roach are making a few headlines with their recent repurposing of a tweet from U.S. President Donald Trump into the lyrics for the band’s breakout single “Last Resort” off of their 3x multi-platinum 2000 album “Infest“. You can see that tweet below:

Some Twitter users aren’t too happy about it though, as the tweet appears to have been lifted directly from a viral tweet from a Twitter user named ‘Sarah W’ that was made this past weekend, which the band themselves commented on as being “Perfection 😂😂” around the same time they made their own tweet. Adding another layer to the mess is a similar tweet made a few days prior by another user altogether on a different—albeit similar tweet—made by Trump as well.
