With the worst of frontman Mike Scheidt‘s battle with life-threatening illness behind him, the band are preparing to release a new album this summer. They recently recorded that effort at Gung Ho Studio in Eugene, Oregon with engineer Billy Barnett. They will release the effort through Relapse, who also recently reissued some of the band’s earlier material. Scheidt commented:
“I have many, many albums in my collection that have been released by Relapse, and I’ve been a fan of their releases for nearly 30 years. We’re honored and excited to release our new album with Relapse. We can’t wait to get back at it and share this new music with our friends worldwide!”
