Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl fell offstage while performing at Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden today. Despite the injury occuring early into the bands set, Grohl later returned to the stage in a cast and finished out the performance, complete with an EMT to aid him.
