Philip H Anselmo was joined onstage by his former Pantera/Down bandmate Rex Brown (now of Kill Devil Hill) during Anselmo‘s set with The Illegals at this past weekend’s ‘Download Festival‘. They performed a cover of Pantera‘s “A New Level” together, check out the fan-filmed footage below:
