More details have been released on the violence that erupted at the ‘Firefest in Cleveland, OH this past weekend. According to a report on Cleveland.com, the brawl took place between two often hardcore band affiliated crews—Friends Stand United and Swing On Sight Family.

Around fifty individuals were thought to have participated in the parking lot clash with the various injuries being suffered by members of the two alleged crews. As one witness and employee of the venue stated:

“There were two groups on either side [of the parking lot where the fight took place,] they were facing each other and yelling. One side had a couple of baseball bats. After about 30 seconds of them shouting insults at each other, they started fighting.”

While shots were reported fired during the brawl, no one suffered any reported gunshot wounds—though the aforementioned employee’s car was not so lucky. Five were treated for various cuts thought to be inflicted by knives, with none of the wounds life-threatening.
