Nine Inch Nails, etc. mastermind Trent Reznor has been given the position of Chief Creative Officer for Daisy—an upcoming streaming music service that will place heavy emphasis on “music discovery”.
The project is backed by Beats Electronics, makers of a variety of audio technologies, including the popular Beats By Dre headphone line. You can read some more about the behind the scenes corporate alliances and structuring behind the forthcoming service over at Spin.com.
