Newyorknatives.com are reporting that the case against former Cro-Mags bassist/vocalist Harley Flanagan has been dropped. According to Flanagan, the charges were dropped due to a lack of evidence and conflicting statements made by witnesses.
Flanagan was arrested on 2nd degree assault and weapons charges following a violent altercation at the “CBGB Festival” in New York earlier this year. A new post case-dismissal video interview with Flanagan conducted by the aforementioned site can be seen below:
