Papa Roach have been missing shows on the “Rockstar UPROAR Energy Festival“. Their absence apparently comes as a result of vocal problems being suffered by band frontman Jacoby Shaddix—at least according to P.O.D., who recently filled in for them. Last night (August 21st) they tweeted:
“Headed to grand rapids. Papa roach dropped off today’s show so we’re covering their slot last minute. Prayers 4 jacoby to heal his vocals. “
No word yet from the Papa Roach camp on the matter. In the meantime, the band have uploaded the following “kinetic typography video” for their current single “Still Swingin’“. The group’s new album “The Connection” is slated to receive an October 02nd release date.
