The Crimson Armada have announced replacements for both guitarist Josh Jardim and drummer David Puckett, who each left the band earlier this year. The group revealed the newest additions to their lineup with the following statement:
“Hey guys. Just wanted to fill in everyone with the obvious lineup change and clear up any confusion regarding new members. We have recruited Brandon McMaster (formerly of Sleeping with Sirens) on guitar and Jordan Matz (formerly of Like Moths to Flames) on drums. Josh and David left the band earlier this year on mutual terms and with zero hard feelings.
Both of them decided that a career in full time touring was not for them and are pursuing other non-musical endeavors. Again, this is NO bad blood between us (some of us actually all still live together off tour). We are really excited to have Brandon and Jordan and to continue on the new direction for TCA.
This change in lineup does not affect our style or ANY of our material at all. David and Josh’s decision to leave the band was thought out as far back as early fall 2010 before the Miss May I tour. We wish them the best and are stoked to move on with the new and improved Crimson lineup.

As previously reported, the band are currently in the studio tracking their new album “Conviction” for a release later this year through Artery Recordings.
