Some insight into the recording for The Damned Things‘ upcoming debut effort has been made available online. Sessions for the effort have been taking place at MetroSonic Studio in Brooklyn, NY with band members Rob Caggiano and Joe Trohman overseeing the production duties. For now, an update on the sessions, complete with pictures, can be found over at Metrosonic.net.
As previously reported, The Damned Things feature Every Time I Die‘s Keith Buckley, Anthrax‘s Scott Ian and Rob Caggiano and Fall Out Boy‘s Andy Hurley and Joe Trohman, among others. They will begin playing live next month with more details regarding their album expected in the coming weeks.
