Biohazard frontman and porn actor Evan Seinfeld recently got involved in an alleged Puerto Rican child pornography case involving his girlfriend and client, adult actress Lupe Fuentes. Apparently a New York man, Carlos Simon-Timmerman, was faced with a 20 year jail sentence after customs officials mistook one of Fuentes‘ adult films which he was carrying on him for being child pornography.
After being contacted through Myspace by the defendant, both Fuentes and Seinfeld went to Puerto Rico and provided proof of Fuentes‘ age, eventually getting the charges dismissed.
