Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett‘s lost iPhone is long thought to have been the reason why he didn’t have much input on the band’s latest album, “Hardwired… To Self-Destruct“. Speaking recently with WRIF‘s Meltdown in the below interview, Hetfield was asked about Hammett losing his iPhone, he offered:
