Falling In Reverse’s Ronnie Radke Pleads No Contest To Domestic Battery Charges (Updated)

9

Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke appeared in court today and allegedly pleaded no contest to the domestic battery charges he faced after a 2012 altercation with his then girlfriend Sally Watts. Watts herself tweeted of the matter:

“2 years ago today, I rented a moving truck and left my abuser. Today, he finally appeared in court to plead no contest to domestic violence. The plea bargain means no jail time will be served, but it doesn’t mean he has been found not guilty. He has waived rights to trial by jury. For the record: domestic battery is now officially on Ronnie Radke‘s criminal record. #setmefree All things come full circle.”

Watts had previously shared the below photo of herself sporting the injuries she sustained in her confrontation with Radke back in 2012 in their Glendale, CA home together. Radke himself has also been tweeting on the matter:

“For the record domestic violence charges were dropped today- don’t believe me look it up. Feels fucking awesome. What goes around comes around”

Update – May 14th 3:15pm:

Altpress.com have obtained the following statement from a representative for Radke.

“There is some misinformation out there. Ronnie did have a court appearance today and the case has been resolved. The domestic violence charge was dismissed. Ronnie plead no contest to a misdemeanor charge of disturbing the peace.”
