Taproot are streaming their new album “Plead The Fifth” online in its entirety for a limited time via AOL.com. The effort will land in stores tomorrow, May 11th, through Victory.

Taproot are offering streams of new songs from their forthcoming album “Plead The Fifth” for the next two weeks to those who sign up for the mailing list of their new album website, www.pleadthefifth.org. The album itself will see a May 11th release date through Victory.

Anew Revolution have taken Taking Dawn’s spot on Taproot’s upcoming run with Ice Nine Kills and Destrophy. Amended dates for the trek now run as follows:

Behind the scenes footage of Taproot in the studio working on their new album “Plead The Fifth” has been posted online and can be found below. “Plead The Fifth” is scheduled for a May 11th release date through Victory.

Taproot filmed a video for their new single over the weekend. The track, which now appears to be titled “Fractured (Everything I Said Was True)“, will debut online tomorrow, Thursday, April 01st. Meanwhile, the video for it is set to debut online on April 15th. The bands new album “Plead The Fifth” is scheduled to see a May 11th release date through Victory.

Taproot will be touring in support of their new album “Plead The Fifth“, which was recently rescheduled for a May 11th release date through Victory.

Taproot have set “Plead The Fifth” as the title to their new album which they are currently recording in Michigan with producer Tim Patalan (Lovedrug, Taproot). The outing is now tentatively slated for an April 13th release date through Victory. In the meantime, the band recently spoke with Noisecreep about the ongoing sessions for the effort, you can see what they had to say here.

Taproot have officially inked a deal with Victory Records. The group are currently working on a new album which they plan to release through the label in the spring/summer of 2010.

For now, the group offered the following statement on their signing:

“After a brief period on their own without a major label, Taproot is happy to announce they have found a new home with Victory Records. The future is looking bright with a strong label behind them as Taproot is currently working on a new record to be released in the Spring/Summer of 2010.”
