High On Fire have launched the pre-order for their impending new album “Snakes For The Divine” through iTunes. The iTunes edition of the album will feature two bonus tracks, a live version of “Blood Of Zion” captured at the bands Bonnaroo 2009” performance, and a demo version of the new album track, “Fire, Flood & Plague“. “Snakes For The Divine” is scheduled to see a February 23rd release date through E1 Music.
High On Fire will be joining the second annual “Blizzard Bizarre Tour” for the following two stops:
January 28th Denver, CO – The Marquis Theatre
February 10th Vancouver, BC – The Biltmore Cabaret

High On Fire have set a January 23rd, 2010 release date through E1 Music for their new album, which carries the tentative title of “Snakes For The Divine“. The band are nearing completion of the effort and recently finished up tracking the outing in Los Angeles, CA with producer Greg Fidelman (Metallica, Slayer).
In the meantime, the band have also been added to Lamb Of God’s upcoming Australian run with DevilDriver and Shadows Fall. Dates for that trek run as follows:

December 13th Sydney, AUS – Luna Park

High On Fire have set “Snakes For The Divine” as the tentative title to their new album which is expected to arrive in stores in February through E1 Music. In addition, band frontman/guitarist Matt Pike will appear on next seasons “Metalocalypse“.
