    Yakuza have set a June 08th release date through Profound Lore for their new album “Of Seismic Consequence“. In addition, the band have booked the following mini tour in support of it and will soon be announcing a European run as well.

    March 16th St. Louis, MO – Fubar
    March 17th Memphis, TN – Black Lodge
    March 18th Fayetteville, AR – Happy Hollow House (feat. Deadbird)
    March 19th Austin, TX – Headhungers (“Profound Lore SXSW Showcase“)

    Meanwhile, European dates announced for the band thus far run as follows:

    Yakuza Lockdown Recording Plans For New Album

    Yakuza are set to begin recording their new album “Of Seismic Consequence” on November 19th. Sessions for the outing will take place at both Electrical Audio and Semaphore Studios in Chicago, IL with producer Sanford Parker (Pelican, Minsk).

    The group plan to release the effort in April 2010 through Profound Lore. In other news, the band have begun mapping out their touring plans and will be heading to Europe in April 2010, while North American dates are also being put together.
