Volcom Entertainment are readying new 7″ splits from High On Fire & Valient Thorr and Melvins & Totimoshi. The High On Fire/Valient Thorr split will feature High On Fire‘s “Snakes For The Divine” b-side “Speak In Tongues” and Valient Thorr‘s new track “Beast With A Billion Eyes“.

Meanwhile, the Melvins/Totimoshi split will be pressed on limited edition colored vinyl and will feature a live rendition of the Melvins‘ “Suicide In Progress” and Totimoshi‘s “Waning Devine“. More info on both can be found over at

Cancer Bats To Form Pentagram With Six London England Shows In April

Cancer Bats will be playing six London, England area shows on April 21st in support of their new album, “Dead Set On Living“. The ambitious schedule will not only see the band play six shows in one day—but the routing of their stops will also form the shape of a pentagram cartographically.

Dirge Within Finish Recording New Album

Dirge Within have wrapped up the recording sessions for their new album and are currently focusing on mixing it. The outing has been slated for an April 10th release date through THC : Music/Rocket Science Ventures. The group laid down twelve songs for the effort, including re-recorded versions of material featured on their “Absolution” EP.
