"For the last few months we've been really busy writing for the new record. At this point we've finished demos for about 12 songs, most of which I've finished lyrics for as well. We're really, really excited with how the songs are turning out. As usual, the songs will most likely take their true shape when we get into the studio, but I can say that this stuff is definitely a step up, in every way, for DH. In general, this stuff is faster, more technical, more melodic (without losing that good ol' DH grit) and more diverse than any past DH material. I'm hoping you will all be very pleased. Stay tuned in the next few months for updates on song titles, album title and more. And until then, keep fighting the good fight. Peace out."
