Mike Patton’s Italian pop oriented project Mondo Cane will release a self-titled album on May 04th via Ipecac. The outing features live recordings from a series of European shows which took place back in 2007 and saw Patton accompanied by a 30-piece orchestra and choir. Bleeding Through appear to be having some drummer issues and have tapped The Famine drummer Mark Garza to handle the drums for them on the current international tour. The Famine recently offered the following update on the situation via their Twitter account:
“Everybody keep your thoughts with Mark, he left today to go drum for Bleeding Through on their international tour!”
Bleeding Through themselves have yet to comment on the matter. Bleeding Through’s new self-titled album will arrive in stores on April 13th through Rise Records.
