Introduction: Formed in 1996, SEV dominated the Virginia/DC area with their infectious blend of rap, rock and pop. After opening shows for nearly every national act who came through town, the group began to toy more with melody and textures and struck gold as their demo material recorded earlier this year garnered them a performance on the Farmclub.com TV show along with a record deal to it's fledging label, Farmclub.com/Geffen. After taking their time to firm up new material and test the waters with a few different producers, the group are slated to hit the studio early next year to begin recording their debut for the label, which should see a release this summer with an ambitious touring schedule to follow.
