Introduction:
After releasing their Elektra debut "Laced" in mid '99, this young group of up and comers instantly took to the road. They started off 2000 with a slot on the Year Of The Dragon Tour alongside Machine Head and Primer 55 in January. A track on the "Free Air - Vol. 2: Music For Motocross" Compilation CD which was released in February followed and after a handful of festival dates, the group embarked on a tour with Static-X, Pitchshifter and Ultraspank. With some downtime ahead of them, they regrouped back at home and worked on new material for their upcoming effort with plans to record it during the summer/fall, but this was cut short when they landed a slot on the Second Stage of the Ozzfest 2000 Tour, which they toured on throughout the summer. But despite the change of plans, band frontman Drew Simollardes did however manage to find the time to hit the studio to guest appear on fellow MA. act 7th Rail Crew's CD during the short break. Now with a few videos released and a handful of singles having run their course on radio, the group are set to begin finally recording their next effort for Elektra early next year and hope to have it in stores in late spring, with a relentless touring schedule planned to follow. - wookubus
