Limp Bizkit Are Looking For “The Most Intimate And Rocking Places To Play” On Spring U.S. Tour
Limp Bizkit have commented on their upcoming spring U.S. tour with the following statement:
“We are looking for the most intimate and rocking places to play. Our philosophy is that we want to play the venues in the US that we started out playing before the rest of the world know who the fuck we were. Where insane ticket prices and nose bleed seats don’t exist.
Where only the most hardcore fans get their tickets first and no one else can get in. Where we can actually see you and talk to you. Nothing more than a sweat box of love. This sounds most exciting for us and our dear friends in the USA.
Oh yeah, we’ll still be using our arena sound system. It can never be too loud. Tix will go quick so get yours ASAP.”
Dates announced for the run thus far can be found at this location.

More like…”We are looking for smaller more intimate venues because we really don’t have that many fans left.”
That’s great to hear, cuz I need a band to play my 4/20 backyard BBQ and I need one ASAP.
Had I been drinking something when I read that it would be all over my screen.
well im not splitting hairs or but they do something 2.3 million facebook fans
It’s sad that you know that, Stefan.
Yeah, why don’t you go sell some candy, Morley. HA!
This won’t land, it’s a regional joke. It’d be like, to make beer and ice cream, Stroh’s!
Yeah I figured this much. But I know there are a few Michigan natives who frequent this site…
Translation-we will play any hole in the wall venue that will book us, please help make a U.S. tour a possible this album cycle.
Not too big on LB. However, this is kind of cool. I wish some bands like Metallica would do this. Only downside is the ticket prices would be insane if Metallica did this.
Metallica already did this and only charged $6 for entry to their fan club members…

They did a US tour and charged 6 bucks to entry for everyone? I meant tour, not a one off show. Also, I was using Metallica as an example.
You clearly misunderstood the hypothetical I was proposing. I also realize how incredibly unlikely it is, I was just saying…. it would be cool.
Let’s not forget the ill-fated Napster sponsored free tour that LB did at the height of their fame. They played behind a chain link fence.
Of course, this recent development is clearly not out of preference but necessity.
How bout we all just say fuck Metallica and fuck LB and be done with it? Done.
Miscommunication. I clearly didn’t think that anyone cared about current day Metallica enough for them to go on tour. Give me an Alcohollica Era Metallcia Tour and I would clearly be the guilty party in this exchange.
The only way I can listen to Fred Durst is on ‘Mute.’
“Talk to you”? Yes, we’re all dying to hear what 40-somethings in Fubu gear singing about getting the nookie have to say to us
As I said previously, $30 IS an “insane ticket price” for Limp Bizkit.
How about the bottom of the ocean? That’s a pretty rockin place.
Gitmo would be the most ideal place for them to play for their first show.
Nothing is more intimate than your own anus Fred………
A rocking venue that your “hardcore” fans will fill up? How about an active volcano?
Let this be a lesson – bottom of the ocean, ok – active volcano, now that’s crossing the line.
Hopefully they can line up some more dates or is there a shortage of small venues in every city, in every state, in the USA?
Such an awesome live show. Tour dates in the US are wrapped around 2 big festival dates on the east coast, before going to Europe for Download Festival, Sonsiphere and Rock Im Ring. They always steal the show from every other band. No matter what you say, you will always have something to say about Limp Bizkit which is why they still exist now and forever.
Sam? That you?
Lol, some shows sold out in a few hours. Philly show sold out completely in 4 hours. You guys honestly should shut the fuck up.
Valid point, because everybody that buys concert tickets are fans and are most certainly not scalpers trying to make a profit.
It would be great to have and see you in California/Nevada area. The knitting factory in Reno Nevada sounds exactly like what you are looking for. Look it up. Its like a huge warehouse or something. very intimate.
I’m so happy to see Limp Bizkit took my advice and added Reno, Nevada to the line up. I can’t wait to see them i’m so excited.
