Slayer’s Distribution Woes Reportedly Come To And End
While they currently have bigger issues to deal with; Slayer‘s distribution woes look to have come to an end. As part of a new arrangement with Universal; the bands longtime label home American Recordings will be re-releasing the groups last two albums “World Painted Blood” and “Christ Illusion” on April 09th.
Rather than full-fledged re-releases however, American Recordings appear to just be keeping the albums in print via their new distributor. With that being the case, the only change expected to be made to the albums is the logo, etc. of the distributor.

ufff… I was so worried about this!
I would shit hard if the remixed and remastered all the 1982 – 1985 albums like Megadeth did 10 years ago. In fact, I would rather have a bad ass sounding version of Hell Awaits than a new album. Hell Awaits is all anyone would ever need!
I’m pretty sure Metal Blade already took care of this.
