Word. I have some friends who are advocates of eating ass. When it comes up in conversation, I ask if they at least throw down a layer of saran wrap first, and the answer is always no. Apparently it’s bad salad tossing form or something. They all justify it by saying the same thing, “it’s not like there’s ALWAYS poop down there,” to which I respond, “HORSESHIT!” Unless she’s straight out of the shower, there’s a little something on there. Have you ever went all day without pooping and gave it a wipe anyways for good measure? I bet I could pull a streak off right now. Ever seen a sneeze in slow motion? If you dropped your pants and spread your cheeks, I bet a fart looks the same way, just with tiny poo particles.

This will be album of the year for sure. Ivan Moody=Greatest lyricist of his generation
His lyrics are terrible but fortunately for me I’m not too big on them compared to the music or vocals. One thing I’ll say about Moody is that he’s well above most metal vocalists in the live department. You can tell there’s no studio tricks on his cleans.

I actually like 5FDP alright and I could look past the lyrics until the last album. That was the first time I have ever stopped and said “WTF? These lyrics are awful”. They were so juvenile that I just couldn’t get past it anymore.
This album needs to be titled “Volume 3: the mulligan”. make me forget about that awful lyrical miscarriage known as american capitalist.
I don’t hate this band. I just really don’t listen to them.
Are they any good live ?
Very good live, actually. I was skeptical but went to Trespass this past summer and they far exceeded my expectations. As I stated above, Moody’s live vocals are a force, which shocked me.
Any goodwill this band generates is destroyed as soon as he plays that fucking dumb “Ivan Says” game.
The singles on the last album were abominable, hopefully they stay safe and write more songs like Hard to See and Dying Breed.
On a barely related note, I don’t think Under and Over It would have so many youtube views if they hadn’t made possibly the hottest chick in the world the thumbnail. I despise that song and I’ve still clicked on the thumbnail without thinking several times.
