Meshuggah Vocalist Jens Kidman Takes Ill With The Flu, Band Performs Without Him
Meshuggah vocalist Jens Kidman is suffering from a severe bout of the flu amid the groups ongoing North American tour. In light of the illness, the band have decided perform without him.
They had the following to say of his condition and their immediate plans earlier today, February 12th.
“Jens is down with the flu. And this flu means business. He has been forbidden to even speak. He’s mute for now. WE WILL PLAY ANYWAY. So memorize the lyrics and bring your very best growl Atlanta. You will all be Jens tonight!! Lets make this happen! We hope he’s back tomorrow,or it’ll be vocal-duties Charlotte!”

I hate that im not going to be able to make it to the charlotte show. Jens or not I have to see Meshuggah live before I die. Its pretty high up on my bucket list.
It is a shame Jens didn’t play through his flu, puke, and then stumble back stage. Theprp would have more to gossip about.
