If it’s anything like how they were at Warped Tour this year, I just don’t think Burt has the voice to do the screams anymore. Many portions of songs were skipped if they had any screaming in them, but you can’t skip this song in your setlist.
The Miss May I singer was there too to fill in, and nailed it.
For the longest time I wondered why they didn’t go back to their roots and make another album like Self Titled. But like you said, after seeing them live it kind of made sense because his voice just can’t handle it anymore.
Just got back from seeing them, Bert didn’t seem very lively but then again it was a hometown show for WCAR so they killed it and were a tough act to follow. He brought a friend out on stage for the finale, not sure if the guy is in a band but he sounded great.
