Tom Morello Once Again Shoots Down New Rage Against The Machine Album Rumors
While Rage Against The Machine may or may not have something planned for this year, band guitarist Tom Morello has once again confirmed that it will not be a new album. Morello told a fan on Twitter earlier today (February 06th) there is no new album in the works. He later followed up with:
“Appreciate the enthusiasm but ‘no new rage album’ is kinda like ‘not seeing a unicorn’. It’s not exactly NEWS.”

They are recording an album together, and this is all a diversion tactic.

Yes, mr Morello, it’s not exactly news, but thing is, a unicorn didn’t reunite after 12 years of hiatus/inactivity to perform in stages worldwide, opening the door for fans to a chance of thinking “oooh, will said unicorn be seen again, since it reformed for a world tour?”.
