Guitarist Mike Scaccia (Ministry/Rigor Mortis) Passes Away After Collapsing Onstage
Guitarist Mike Scaccia, best known for his work with Ministry and Rigor Mortis, died last night (December 22nd) at the age of 47. According to local news reports, he collapsed while performing onstage at the Rail Club in Fort Worth, TX after reportedly suffering a seizure.
He was taken to the hospital afterwards where he was pronounced dead. Ministry have since offered the following statement on his passing:
“Michael Ralph Scaccia… Our dearest friend. We love you. We miss you. God rest your precious soul. We cannot fathom this loss.”

Heard it was a birthday show for one of the guys from Rigor Mortis. Not sure if he was playing with them or not.
