Meshuggah Premiere “Demiurge” Music Video
Meshuggah‘s new music video for their track “Demiurge” has landed online below through Drummagazine.com. The Scion A/V-backed clip was filmed during a show the band played at Terminal 5 in New York, NY this past May.

Never really understood why bands put out performance videos like this, but the way they filmed this video just makes the song seem even more crushing.

If I were ever filmed punching things, slashing stuff in half, drop kicking shit, and shooting heavy machine guns… like in some sort of slow motion montage type thing… this would be the song I would want blaring in people’s ear orifices.
Now that my friend is a music vdeo. MTV should be playing this 24/7.
Cool. You’d think the best metal band in the world has better resources than this. These guys could be Dethklok if they wanted to.
This, nor “Alive,” portrays just how dominating their presence truly is onstage. I want to relive their live show again and again.
