    • Man, he sounds like he really misses Mudvayne.

I don’t blame him. That band has so much more potential than anything HELLYEAH could ever schlep together. The first two LPs were incredible, and I actually really liked the latest glowstick record. I wasn’t expecting anything and it seemed much closer to II than anything.

This dude is super cool, just as the video shows. I meant him a couple times during the LD 50 cycle when they were touring a lot with Slipknot and the dude was just stoked to be there. I remember talking to him at Tattoo the Earth (need another tour like that, BTW) and the dude honestly seemed happier to talk to me than I was to him. Class act, and he fucking SLAYS the low tones.

At least it wasn’t a rough transition to wear makeup.
      “Divine!” My fav Korn song.
I love Rü-D, I’d rather see him over Fieldy anyday.

    • Ryan Martinie is an incredible bass player. L.D. 50 and TEOATTC were fucking amazing albums. I’ve never seen Mudvayne before. They are definitely on my bucket list of bands to see before I die.

    • Man, Jonathan Davis sounds really terrible (except for that scream in “Falling…”, that shit actually sounded pretty ballsy). Haven’t been into Korn since the 90′s, or Mudvayne since The End, which was their last record I liked (and really even listened to). But all that’s odd, considering I watched this whole video without even thinking about it. Ryan seems to make the band better, man. Hell of a musician, it’s a shame half his band bailed to cash in with Vinnie Paul in the worst idea ever.

Wow he is the most humble rock star I have ever seen. Sucks Chad Grey had to ruin a good band and fuck over the guys that made him, so that he could go make shitty music only because it paid better. I hold him responsible for fucking up Nothingface too and for that I will never forgive him.

        • There was supposed to be a Nothingface/Mudvayne collaboration years and years ago called Cold White Christ, but I don’t think anything ever came of it. I have no idea what that had to do with Nothingface breaking up. I loved that band. It’s a goddamn shame Tom is in Hellyeah now. I think the material from CWC surfaced in Blessed In Black with the dude from Skrape singing, but I’m not sure. There’s your useless trivia for the day.

        • I got my green eye. I got my glass high. I got my thunder and it’s rolling straight up inside. She’s got the real shit. Gave me a face-lift. We got this spaceship and we’re just a dot in the sky. Fucking miss Nothingface.

Feel your cunt dripping it all smells
          The same
          The floor sure looks comfy
What a day to take away your pride
          Eyes wide
          Mouth wider
Still i know how to be alive
          Feelin fine
          Look so good
          On your knees for me
          Free
          Sick
          Always

          Still they feed you

Glad I could get people talking about Nothingface. They might just be the most underrated under appreciated bands. Chad Grey ruined them with Hellyeah. Hellyeah originally had two members of Nothingface in it, Tom Maxwell and Jerry Montono. Jerry (bass) later left Hellyeah but Tom (guitar) stayed. Around this same time Nothingface was supposed to get back together and make an another album. They even recorded two songs (both of which were great) but then things fell through. There was issues with working with the singer Matt Holt and so the reunion didn’t work out. But I contend that if Hellyeah didn’t exists with all its cheesy commercial pandering rock succe$$ then guitarist Tom Maxwell probably would have not just let Matt Holt flake and would have fought for Nothingface to return. But instead he just went with the already succe$$ful band instead of the underground one with oceans of credibility. Chad Grey is the main reason that band blew up so much with some credit to Vinnie Paul given that those two were the big name draws. Not to mention the time I checked out on Mudvayne was during “The New Game” shit when in order to see them in concert you had to buy a cd for each ticket. So basically for me and my wife to go we would have to buy two cd’s and two tickets. Just one big money grab, it disgusts me. Given how Ryan Martinie comes across I would say that Chad Grey is more responsible for that display of greed. So even though all the members of Nothingface could have done it anyways and saved us all from Hellyeah, I still like to point most of my hatred towards Chad Grey because he helped make it so much harder for it to happen.
