John Dolmayan No Longer A Member Of Scars On Broadway

Drummer John Dolmayan has confirmed his exit from Scars On Broadway—an outfit led by his System Of A Down bandmate Daron Malakian. Speaking with Puregrainaudio.com, he stated:

“…I’m no longer involved with Scars On Broadway, but Daron is and is in the process of making, recording and releasing an album (in fact as we speak). So, you will definitely hear some Scars On Broadway within the next four or five months.”

He went on to add that “it’s a good album by the way.”

      • Your opinion sucks. Hypnotize was great album from beginning to end. Attack is heavy as shit. Best song on the record. Scars on Broadway was mediocre at best. I agree with Mr. Scott Jones. Lets enjoy a new System album.

        • To me, Hypnotize was a pretty good album…. but its definitely their weakest. That makes it a letdown.

          This argument is stupid.

        • That is because you are Ethos, the Greek word meaning character that is used to describe guiding beliefs, or ideals that characterize a community, Nation or ideology. Pity these common fools and show thine mercy.

Hypnotize was just as good as Memorize IMO Hypnotize was a much more darker and serious album compared to Memorized, I wouldn’t call it their weakest, all their albums are amazing. “Maybe we can make some cash selling ass! (Selling Ass for heroin!)” HAHA Love Daron

There is a hatchet that needs to buried? They are currently playing SOAD shows, so I will have to assume there is no issues.

The guys has made his money, and probably would just like a break.
