The Dillinger Escape Plan have released new practice footage of themselves rehearsing their song “Dead As History“. The group will play the song live for the first time at tonight’s (August 18th) “Knotfest” show in Somerset, WI.

The band will be performing as a quartet in the wake of guitarist Jeff Tuttle recently exiting the band.

Fuck everybody. This was the my favorite song off of Ire Works period. I’ve seen them live several times, and I never noticed that they’ve never played it live; I just figured I wasn’t lucky enough to see it. This sucks not! Pass the Beam cause I love it!

I was there in somerset and they sound MUCH, MUCH, better with two guitarists. I was kind of disapointed at first but it was still a great show. They should have hired me as their second guitarist haha
