Deftones Song Featured In New Trailer For Seventh Season Of “Dexter”

While “Passenger” may have been the obvious choice; the Deftones‘ track “Change (In The House Of Flies)” is prominently featured in a new “Dexter” trailer. The song appears in the below promo clip, which is for the upcoming seventh season of the TV series. “Dexter” returns on Showtime on September 30th.

        • Watched every season until the end of the Lithgow one (Which was the only semi-decent run). It romanticizes him just like how Twilight romanticizes vampires. The only difference is they have a good actor in Dexter doing this schlock. Which is depressing because he was amazing as David in Six Feet Under. I still hope for him to do great things after this shit show is over.

So you’ve watched 2/3rds of the show, congrats. I’ve seen the entire series of SFU, and Dexter is certainly better (not that SFU wasn’t good, but Dexter is far more consistent). The Trinity season was amazing – and while the last two season haven’t been as good as the earlier seasons of Dexter, they’re still better than anything else on TV sans Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy (minus the last season finale).

I don’t watch tv, hell I don’t even subscribe to cable tv, but adamisonfire is right. Outside of Breaking Bad, this is the best show I’ve ever seen. On Netlix.

Dexter will never top the Trinity Killer Season, although the trailer looks very cool. I do wish they would have used a newer song though. The Deftones are so much more than just Change.
