Ex-Korn Drummer David Silveria Pleads Not Guilty In DUI Case
Former Korn drummer David Silveria (now of Infinika) has pled not guilty in his DUI case stemming from this past March. According to a new report over at TMZ.com, Silveria pled not guilty earlier this week and is due back in court for a pretrial date in September.
