Daryl Palumbo Talks Status Of Long-Delayed New Head Automatica Album, Recent Live Footage Available
Head Automatica‘s Daryl Palumbo (also of Glassjaw) recently spoke with South Hampton Music regarding the bands current plans in advance of their recent UK tour.
When quizzed about the groups long-delayed new album “Swan Damage” and if they are working on new material, he replied:
“Yes, constantly working on new material for all projects. The Swan Damage album was finished in 2009 and still hasn’t yet seen a proper release. There have been various legal issues and whatnot since it’s completion, though I’m sure it will be seeing the light of day soon. Some of the newer songs that we will be playing on the upcoming tour are songs from the Swan Damage album”
He also revealed two new track titles, including “End Of Heat” and “Too Ashamed“. Some fan-filmed footage from the recent shows, though not of any new material, can be found below:

bleeding ass baby
Is this gonna be a “Chinese Democracy”-type situation?
As long as it’s not a Popaganda situation (ala a virtually unlistenable experience) I’ll be just fine and dandy.
I liked “Laughing At You”, the rest sucked. Loved some Decadence though.
This.^
I agree Decadence was fun. I hope Swan Damage actually sees the light of day.
Popaganda was a good album. Maybe not what you expected with the previous album being Daryl’s bedroom recordings with Dan the Automator, but a good full band pop album with good songwriting.
