This Is Hell Don’t Endorse Asking Alexandria Frontman’s “Rockstar Status”
This Is Hell don’t seem convinced that Asking Alexandria‘s Danny Worsnop is deserving of his self-proclaimed rockstar status. Amid a handful of snarky tweets on their Twitter, the band had the following to say about Worsnop‘s recent assertions:
“I can’t believe how loosely the term rock star gets thrown around in 2012. I mean, it’s an awful term to begin with, let’s discuss… If your band hasn’t sold at LEAST a million albums, you’re not a rock star. If your band isn’t selling out arenas, you’re not a rock star…
Having a drinking/drug problem, that doesn’t make you a rock star. If that was the case, we’d all have an uncle who is a rock star… I’m pretty confident that there won’t be another ‘rock star’ anytime soon, or ever for that matter.”

Well in that case, I’ve been a rockstar since age 16 then.
Get back to me when either of you fucks write an album that will stand the test of time. You don’t know the first thing about being a rock star, kid.
And I suppose you do? Please enlighten us o wise one.
Tis truem, all of the arena playing rock bands formed before the fall of the music industry. The “newest” bands to sell out arenas are SOAD, Slipknot, Linkin Park, A7X(maybe) damn shame.
The last rockstars I can think of are Scott Stapp and Kid Rock.
It just shows you rock hasn’t been popular in a very long time.
Uhhh, Dave Grohl?
who cares. this is all garbage. let the little faggot dictate his book to his editor, and then let kids put it on their christmas wish lists. Wurst is excited to preorder 10 copies.
