DevilDriver’s Dez Fafara To Record Benefit Song For His Sister’s Medical Bills
It would appear that Dez Fafara (DevilDriver, Coal Chamber, etc.) has received the unfortunate news of his sister being diagnosed with cancer. In light of that he plans to record a benefit song to help with medical bills for the treatment.
Speaking via his Twitter today, July 13th, he offered:

Good for him. After recently having an uncle pass from cancer I’m happy he is in the mood to donate to a worthy cause.

It’ll get my money. More bands and musicians should do little shit like this from time to time. I don’t stand for much of anything, which is sad, but that’s just how I am. Every now and then, though, it’s cool to see shit like this and pitch in a little money to be a part of it.
