Dethklok To Perform On A Battleship At “San Diego Comic-Con” Tonight
Dethklok are returning in a big way for their first show of 2012. The band are due to perform aboard the USS Midway battleship tonight, July 13th, in San Diego, CA as part of the annual “San Diego Comic-Con“.
The free concert will kick off at 7pm and feature new animation and all new songs from the groups forthcoming album. Another as-yet unannounced special guest performance will follow after Dethklok‘s set.
The current touring lineup for Dethklok includes:
Vocals/guitar – Brendon Small (Dethklok, Galaktikon)
Drums – Gene Hoglan (Strapping Young Lad, Testament)
Guitars – Mike Keneally (Frank Zappa, The Mike Keneally Band)
Bass – Bryan Beller (Steve Vai, Galaktikon)

Is this show meant to promote the failed Peter Berg project? I thought that Dethklok broke up. WTF is going on?
Why would Dethklok break-up if they’re about to go on tour with LoG? Well, maybe.
