Serj Tankian‘s “Figure It Out” music video has premiered online via Noisecreep. The song is the first single to be released from Tankian‘s forthcoming new album “Harakiri“, due out July 10th.

There is very little content to this song… I understand he’s trying to send a message, but it’s too simple and direct.
If it’s a political song, I prefer more interesting songs that make you think. This song does all the thinking for you and it’s just not a very good or interesting song.
We need System of a Down back together, Serj sucks on his own.
But that’s what people of his ilk want. They want to do your thinking for you. Do you think that he actually wants you to come up with your own opinion about any issue? No. He wants you to hold HIS opinion. Same problem I’ve always had wit RATM. They don’t give a fucking good god damn about free thinking. They only care about THEIR thinking.
