Wow, as a fan of the band back in the day, I sincerely enjoyed that. May have to check this out.

I WTF’ed so hard just now.
A few things:
- the image that the video uses looks like a Windows screensaver
- Nullset was enjoyable, because they had a quirky, though pleasing, sound and didn’t seem to take themselves seriously (“dropping bombs on soccer moms”). This song sounds like crap (though a “pre-release” so it could soften up) and seems like they decided to go the same “heavy” direction of Hed pe did when their creativity and originality petered out after the S/T & Broke.
- It is sad when bands that were decent/good in the past, disappear for 10 years, only to come back with an unoriginal track that shunts aside what made them decent initially, in favour of tapping into current trends.
Didn’t this band used to be called Gangsta Bitch Barbie?
