Attila Frontman Chris Fronzak Sues Moon Marine USA Corporation Over Salmonella Infection
Attila frontman Chris “Fronz” Fronzak has filed suit against Moon Marine USA Corporation after contracting Salmonella—allegedly due to eating the companies tuna products. The company was recently involved in a massive voluntary recall following a Salmonella outbreak caused by their tainted product, labeled “Nakaochi Scrape”.
Fronzak apparently racked up considerable medical expenses during his treatment for the infection. A copy of his suit can be found over at Marlerblog.com.

This is the same reason I stay away from any of those cunts from Kittie.
Nakaochi scrape? Yeah, that sounds safe
y’know as i read that i thought the same thing. it sounds like chinese imports that chinese people wouldn’t eat.
or an STD one might contract in Thailand.
Am I the only one that laughed at the fact this douchebag got sick?
Ha it’s hilarious, come to Canada by man and you don’t have to pay for any hospital bills, in fact come to any industrialized country in the world as a foreigner and you won’t have to pay as much. Seriously if you spent 3 days in a Canadian hospital AS AN AMERICAN your bills wouldn’t be nearly as high. I feel more pity then anything.
Nobody said he intended to pay said medical bills, idiot.
US – 1, Canada – 0
PLAYGROUND INSULTS, CANADA 1 WURST 0, seriously I feel as though you would be more suited for lambgoat.
You’re the WURST kind of human.
Wurst, that mentality is exactly what is wrong with this country. Pay your fucking bills.
calvin klein’s the killer
Coincidently, Attila have a song called “Make It Sick”. Too bad they didn’t write a song called “Make It Stop”.
Remember the Dog Turd Hot Dog Fronzie?
On topic with this band, I’ve said it before, I think they should release some instrumentals because they kind of have this southern groove it’s pretty awesome. He ruins most of the songs, seriously listen to smoke out and try to ignore his crap.
You gotta love people like this. EVERY damn restaurant or store I have ever been in that sells Sushi or raw/undercooked food has a notice that says something along these lines:
“Notice: The consumption of raw or undercooked eggs, meat, poultry, seafood or shellfish may increase your risk of food borne illness.”
You knew that shit was a snake when you picked it up son…don’t fucking whine when it bites you.
I hope the judge just laughs and dismisses the case…but I am sure it’s unlikely.
Last I checked, tuna isn’t sushi in a can.
On another note, seafood is disgusting.
“Last I checked, tuna isn’t sushi in a can.”
¿que?
The meat is cooked, yet you compare it to sushi and under cooked meat – which makes no sense whatsoever.
Dood…I feel like I am taking crazy pills reading your posts…what the hell are you talking about? What meat is cooked? The guy ate SUSHI that contained RAW tuna. Did you even read the damn articles? He contracted the poisoning from eating sushi at a sushi restaurant in Metairie, LA. I feel like it is probably OK to compare Sushi to Sushi.
A) Not all sushi is raw.
B) The article does not specify whether the tuna was raw or not(although I am sure it was).
C) What a little bitch this guy is.
It’s tough to feel sorry for this guy. Your band is famous only because you were on MTV’s “Made”. Most of us are in an economic crisis so I can understand why he’s upset, but c’mon man this is stupid.
What’s more hardcore? Eating tuna, getting Salmonella, or sueing the company to fund your habbits? Either way, horns up!
