Limp Bizkit To Kick Off New Album Pre-Production Shortly, Wes Borland Still Not A Dream Theater Fan
Limp Bizkit are due to start pre-production on their new album next week. Meanwhile, band guitarist Wes Borland has continued his quest to understand Dream Theater.
He had the following to offer on that through his Twitter:
“I wish I had never talked about Dream Theater, because now I have to think about them. At least their songs don’t get stuck in your head!”
“You see, the great thing about being in the most hated band in the world, is you can say whatever you want without fear of more hatred.”
Unsurprisingly, it didn’t take someone long to correct him on his second statement.

COMMENTS
Despite his music, I always thought Borland came across as a well-spoken, articulate and discerning fellow – with his current Twitter track record he’s just coming across as a bit of a douche.
I’ve always felt the same, but it seems with LB’s “comeback” he’s just become more opinionated and even more pretentious.
LB are more hated than Nickelback, who have millions of people who buy their records. LB don’t.
Dear Wes,
People hate Limp Bizkit because the music sucks, and the band members are chodes. Please stop trying to convince yourself that your band is some kind of hated novelty that is secretly loved, because it isn’t.

Oh, come off it, Sybil, you hate Dream Theater. I’m a real Dream Theater fan, I’m allowed to get mad over this, not you, loser.
It kinda makes me wonder why he targeted Dream Theater though. With all the other bands that people think are great, that really aren’t. He had an endless sea of choices. It’s like he wants to look as stupid as possible. Why didn’t he try to be King Stupid and say Buckethead isn’t really that great of a guitarist? I feel bad that Wook has to sort through this shit and report it.
Keep trollin’, trollin’, trollin’, Wes.
