      • That a good comparison. Never thought of that but it’s pretty close to being true. Although, there is a single reason why it is untrue. AC/DC never altered their sound to follow a current fad, which was adding some rap shit to your music. AC/DC never had that Maroon 5 faggot or Snoop Dogg make a guest appearance – although that would be really hilarious to hear Snoop on an AC/DC track.

Word. I would kill to hear a mix of ‘Sensual Seduction’ and ‘Pisschrist’.

Yo! yo! I’m back in black,
          I hit the sack,
I bet ya’ll know, I’m glad to be back,
          Yeaaa, I’m loose,
          from the noose,
          Snoop, free like a goose,
          I’m looking at the sky,
That’s not what’s gettin’ me high,
Bring a hearse, cause a punk bout to die,
          … and so on

sorry got carried away (kinda surprised Snoop hasn’t done this yet (lol)
You ever hear “We Will Rock You”? It was very very bad.

    • The clip wook posted a few weeks ago really had me disappointed in regards to this new album. After watching this video, I am pretty stoked. If anything, it looks like the album will have a pretty solid message.

    • I am excited for this too, but I do have to point out one thing that irks me. I know Burton and Dino were the only “official” members to contribute to the record, but why did they bother to include their faces at all in the trailer? Seriously, do they think people will forget who is in Fear Factory at this point? That’s gotta sting a little for Matt DeVries too, even if he didn’t take part in the record. Dino and Burton are basically stating unabashedly that they are the only members of Fear Factory that are considered long-term players. At least, that’s the subtext that I’m getting from this. Maybe I’m just crazy.

Not at all. I was gonna bring that up if someone else didn’t. That whole internal whatever they have going on is pretty queer and I hear Dino’s a douche but at the end of the day, what matters is the music. And the little snippet I just heard sounds like possibly the best thing since Obsolete. I really haven’t given a shit since then.

    • Sounded quite Demanufacture-ish. Which is A-Okay in my book. I had the pleasure of doing a beer bong with Dino @ a DH show in Detroit a few years ago. Guy is cool as fuck. Pumped for this album.
