HELLYEAH Release New Digital Single “War In Me”
HELLYEAH have made their new single “War In Me” available via iTunes. The song is the first single to be released from the bands forthcoming album “Band Of Brothers“, which is due in stores on June 05th through Eleven Seven Music. Videos of the song have already begun circulating on Youtube, including the one below:

Agreed. This also doesn’t sound too far removed from Mudvayne’s The End of All Things to Come album.

It’s as if they noticed all the shit talked on them and actually decided to do something about it.
Loved the bands they came from, love HELLYEAH! I enjoy everything they’ve done. It might not be the most original band ever, but they know how to do it better than most and that’s how you get a name for yourself.

Not bad at all. Drop the fake ass cowboy image (except for Vinnie of course, he’s legit) and give me a full album of this type of shit please. Most of the heavy Hellyeah songs I’ve heard just sounded like Mudvayne-lite. This one has some definite Pantera influence to balance out the Mudvayne sound. I dislike just about everything Hellyeah has made up to this point, but I would happy to see these guys finally create something of the quality I know they’re capable of. I’m still not expecting much, but I’ll at least give it an honest listen based on this.
Wow, very much surprised. Not a big Hellyeah fan, I mean, they have a few good tunes (be damned if I could one on “Stampede”) but this song kinda gives me hope. And I agree, all the other guys (minus Vinnie) needs to drop the poser-cowboy image…..lame!
