Nick Oliveri Pleads Not Guilty To All Charges From July 2011 Police Standoff
Kyuss Lives!/ex-Queens Of The Stone Age bassist Nick Oliveri has plead not guilty to all five charges stemming from his July Standoff with a Los Angeles, CA S.W.A.T. team. TMZ.com are reporting that an April 13th pre-trial date has been set for his case; which includes two counts of possession of a controlled substance with a firearm, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, and one misdemeanor count of resisting, obstructing or delaying a peace officer.
