Great band. Does the current wave of Djent enthusiast even know about these guys? They were they original “Baby Meshuggah”, if you will.

Out of their 5 albums, I only really found “Hunter” and “A Great Artist” to be Djentish. “Iron Gag” had a pretty rockish feel to the whole thing. I wonder if they will carry that forward, or go back to the Djent feel.

Oh man. I actually forgot about “Iron Gag”. It had it’s moments, But as a whole wasn’t a very good album. And I guess I wasn’t thinking about anything pre “A Great Artist”. I just remember them always get the Meshuggah comparisons back before there was 1,000 bands to compare to them. Ha ha.

Haha Same here. I remember people used to always call them Meshuggah rip offs, and such. I have loved everything they ever did (Minus Iron Gag). The Fourth Plague was a great little EP. Little more metalcore then most of their stuff.
