This is going to be absolutely brilliant or absolutely pretentious and I can’t figure out which…either way, definitely looking forward to it.
Nothing could beat for pretension the internet jerks commenting on Heritage.
Good call on the brilliant/pretentious fence. Who knows…
I’m thinking “Heritage II” based on the people involved and, well, “Heritage”. I hope I’m wrong though. One “Heritage” is enough.
I was thinking it’ll probably be like Damnation II, which is what happened the last time these two got together. Damnation wasn’t terrible. Certainly better than Heritage.
Heritage is what happened the last time they got together, but I don’t think it will be like either. I’m thinking something along the lines of Grace for Drowning (which is my album of the year) with the mention of the woodwinds. We’ll see though. These two rarely** fail to disappoint.
** See Heritage
Steven Wilson didn’t play or sing on any of the songs on Heritage, so I don’t think that really counts as much of a collaboration.
True, I was just being my typical anal self.
Dave Stewart….from the Eurythmics?
