Of Mice & Men frontman Austin Carlile has wound up in the hospital as a result of a spider bite. A picture of himself in Marymount Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio can be found over at his Facebook. Meanwhile, he offered the following tweets on the matter:

“Turns out when you get bit by a gnarly mutated venomous spider you don’t obtain superhuman strength. You go to the emergency room. haha fun.”

“Being admitted into the hospital over night and for tomorrow as well. But will NOT be missing the show tomorrow, no worries Cleveland : )”

“Woke up in a hospital, with an IV in my neck, wearing a baby blue gown, feeling wrecked, to a nurse drawing blood from my arm. Still laying here feeling blessed just to wake up & have another day. It could always be worse. Someone always has it worse. Suck it up & live.”
