Faith No More Bring Out Live Rarities For “Maquinara Festival”, Footage Available
Faith No More certainly weren’t joking when they said they would be playing their entire 1995 album “King For A Day… Fool For A Lifetime” at this past weekends “Maquinara Festival” in Santiago, Chile. The group were not only joined by guitarist Trey Spruance at the show, but also Jon Hudson for certain songs as well.
Highlights of the set included what is thought to be the first live performances of the album’s track “Star A.D.” and its b-side, “Absolute Zero“; plus another performance of the mystery song.
You can find fan-filmed footage of all that below:

Dear FNM,
Please come to the states. You’ve had enough practice on the other side, I beg you.
Sincerely,
A fan since “We Care Alot”
I love Absolute Zero. A hidden gem. They look on fire.
Christ – Puffy is so good. The whole band is so good. Agreed that Absolute Zero is the bees knees. On their King for a Day tour I chipped one of my front teeth in half when a crowd surfer fell on my head against the barricade during the fucking acoustic (electric live) guitar part of Zombie Eaters of all songs. Please come back so I can chip my other front tooth in half.
Damn, lucky Chileans
Star_AD is obviously my jams

Very inspiring to see Faith No More still alive and kicking. Grateful that they’ve set the path for the next generation of great music.
A band that takes it a few steps further.
